booked online or through our call centre?

card payments

You can make a payment with your Debit or Credit Card by:

 

  • calling the chilli crew on 0330 043 0330
  • head to > manage my booking
  • make a payment through the chillimix app

bank transfer

You can make a bank transfer payment for your booking. Payments are allocated to your booking within 1 (one) working day. Please send your payment to:

 

  • Sort code: 40-40-14
  • Account number: 83664597
  • Account name: PTS Air Travel Trust
  • Bank: HSBC, Salisbury
  • Reference: Your Chillimix booking reference*

    *it's really important that you put your booking reference on your payment - otherwise we may not be able to allocate it and will cause a delay in the payment reaching your booking. If you're at all unsure - then please contact our chilli crew on 0330 043 0330.

cheques

If you would like you pay your final holiday balance by cheque then please:

 

  • Send your cheque to us at least 2 weeks before your final balance is due
  • Make your cheque payable to 'PTS Air Travel Trust'
  • Write your chillimix booking reference on the back of the cheque
  • Write the name of the lead passenger on the back of the cheque
  • Post your cheque to:Bank Reconciliation, Chillimix, Unit 7 Calder Court, Shorebury Point, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool, FY4 2RH
  • We'll send you a text or e-mail once your cheque has been received

cash payments

We're one of the only online holiday companies that allow you to pay cash for your holiday. Please head to your local HSBC branch to make your payment and ask them to credit to the account details below:

who are 'pts air travel trust?'

We've partnered with Protected Trust Services to ensure that your hard earned holiday money is 100% financially protected.

 

Here's how we do it:

 

  • You pay your deposit / holiday cost to us
  • This money is deposited straight in to our HSBC trust account
  • We will only pay your holiday suppliers and ourselves once:- either you've returned from your well earned holiday or
    we have full supplier failure cover in place

    this means that if any of the suppliers for your holiday collapse then your money is 100% financially protected

booked through a travel agent?

If you've booked your holiday through one of our fabulous travel agent partners - then you'll need to contact them directly to make your payment.
