We’ve built chillimix to respond to the times we're living through. Here’s how we’ll help you to book with more confidence:
- We only sell holidays to destinations that meet with official advice for your date of travel
- If the rules change after you’ve booked then we'll help you switch the date or destination so that you can still get away on your well earned holiday
- If the rules change and we can't find you anything else suitable, we will cancel your holiday and ensure you receive a full cash refund
- Our chilli crew are on hand from 8am - 10pm 7 days a week

if you have to quarantine on return
If, after booking, your destination becomes a 'quarantine on return' destination for your travel dates then you can do one of the following (the choice is yours):
- amend your holiday to an alternative date or destination in our programme
- receive a full cash refund from us (no pesky Refund Credit Notes here)

Every holiday you buy from us is fully financially protected - and we're proud to be one of only a few travel companies that operate through a Trust Account.
What is a trust account we hear you shout?
This means that every penny you pay us goes in to a secure ringfenced account at HSBC. The only thing we do and can do with your hard earned holiday money is pay the suppliers that make up your fabulous chillimix holiday... so in the event that anything happens to your airline, hotel provider, transfer provider - it's all fully secure and fully insured.
All of our holidays that include a flight are fully ATOL Protected. You'll receive your ATOL certificate as soon as you book your holiday with us.
on holiday support
On some of our chillimix exclusive holidays - you'll have the support of an 'in resort escort' (not that kind of escort - cheeky) who'll be on hand to support you with all of your holiday needs.
For those holidays that aren't lucky enough to have one of our 'in resort escorts' - our UK based chilli crew are on hand 7 days a week. You can get in touch with us through your chillimix app, by phone and by WhatsApp.

We only sell holidays that are to quarantine-free destinations (based on the date of departure), so you’re only choosing from places where you don’t have to self-isolate when you get back to the UK. If you’ve already booked a holiday there with us, we’ll find you some alternatives and be in touch.
While we can't guarantee that travelling is 100% risk free, we are constantly monitoring guidance from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and will contact you should anything change. Please refer to this exempt countries and territories list.
